How much does delivery cost?

All freight and delivery charges are included in the carton purchase price. 


Orders received before 3pm on Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders received on Friday to Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.


When will my order to arrive?
Delivery times are highly dependent on your location and local delivery services in your local area. We aim to deliver to all metro areas before 4pm each day and as late as 7:30pm for all outer areas, but these times are a guide only.

 

Delivery instructions...
Please take every effort to include the correct delivery address details for a residential, commercial or office address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We may cancel any order should the delivery address not be an address serviced by our chosen freight distributors.


If you are not going to be at the delivery address for your Pig in a Box delivery, it is extremely important that you include detailed instructions at the time of ordering about where to leave your goods – remembering that these are chilled meat products requiring refrigeration. In cases where there is no one to receive the parcel(s), our courier is instructed to leave your delivery in a safe place (ATL - Authority to leave). If unable to do so, the parcel will be returned to Pig in a Box, however, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. 


How will my order be packed?
All our orders are delivered in outer carton boxes in a chilled transport vehicle. You can confidently order Pig in a Box products to be delivered to either your residential, commercial or work address safely chilled – however if you’re not at home, please note that the contents are not insulated. If you are not cooking the products right away, please make sure to refrigerate them immediately on receiving your order.


Sometimes things don’t go to plan
Occasionally, circumstances occur which could add another day or two to the target delivery times. If this occurs, we will endeavour to communicate any delay to you as soon as possible. Once goods are dispatched, we rely on our independent courier transportation network to deliver.


What shipping charge will apply to my order?
Your shipping charges are included in the carton prices.
